Dan Pink comes out with scientific research of our daily up and down times that affect our outputs. This book allowed me to understand why I felt how I felt at certain hours of the day and arrange my behavior to be more efficient.

About 3/4 of the population has this cyclic stages in a given day: a peak, a trough, and a rebound. The trough stage sets you up for failure so don’t important tasks or make important decisions during this period. However, do important work in the morning and late afternoon. Taking short breaks help you function a lot better. Taking a ‘napspresso‘ is highly recommended.
